Rustamji Institute of Technology, (RJIT) has been conducting 4 years Full time B.Tech. Course(s) in Automobile Engg., Electronics & Commn. Engg, Information Technology, Mechanical Engg, Electrical Engg and Computer Science & Engg. These courses are affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal, duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) M.P. Eligiblity
Appearing in JEE (Main-2024) paper-1 is the eligibility criteria to apply for admission in RJIT for B.Tech. courses. Further, admissions will be done on the basis of merit/rank (AIR) of JEE main exam 2024.
OR
If any seat remains vacant then the candidate who have not appeared in Joint Entrance Examination 2024 (JEE Main Exam-2024) but have passed 12th (10+2) will be considered on basis of merit of 12th class. Eligibility criteria may be amended as per the M P Govt instructions/Rules at the time of counselling.
Wards (Sons & daughters) of only those BSF/CAPF personnel are eligible, who are getting their pay/pension out of Govt Exchequer.
Application form can be filed online which is available at www.rjit.ac.in. Also the counseling fees should be deposited during filling the counseling form, an option of payment of fees will be available on RJIT web portal. The Counselling Registration fee is Rs. 400/- (non-refundable) except for the wards of BSF widows for whom the Counselling Registration fee is Rs.200/- (non-refundable) only.
Photocopy of the following certificates are to be attached with the online admission form:-
- Admit Card of JEE Main Exam-2024
- Metric (10th) mark sheet.
- 12th (10+2) Pass Mark sheet/ admit card for candidate appearing in 2024 Examination.
- Father’s service certificate issued by competent authority of concerned department. Retired person also produce relationship certificate by the concerned department mentioning Real Son/Daughter in respect of his ward.
- Colored Pass Port Size (front sided) photograph.
Hostel facility for Boys and Girls is available.
Bus facility from Gwalior to Tekanpur and back is available on a payment basis.

MCA Course
Rustamji Institute of Technology, (RJIT) has been conducting 2 years Full time M.C.A. Course under the affiliation of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal, is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi and recognized by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) M.P. Bhopal since 2000.
Total intake in MCA (First year) is 40 seats out of which 20 seats are reserved for wards of BSF/CAPF serving/deceased/ retired personnel.
The Counseling will be conducted under the guidance and supervision of RGPV Bhopal, AICTE New Delhi and Director of Technical Education (M.P.), Bhopal at RJIT, BSF Tekanpur only.
Wards (Sons & daughters) of only those BSF/CAPFs personnel are eligible, who are getting their pay/pension out of Govt Exchequer.

Also the counseling fees should be deposited during filling the counseling form, an option of payment of fees will be available on RJIT web portal. Passed BCA/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree.
OR
Passed B.Sc./B.Com./B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University). Obtained at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
Admission Form for BSF/CAPFs wards can be filed online which is available at www.rjit.ac.in
Hostel facility for Boys and Girls is available. Hostel allotment will be as per the RJIT Hostel Policy. Boys/Girls candidates who get the Hostel accommodation will be required to pay the Hostel charges separately.

M.Tech. Courses
Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should be an Indian national, graduate in relevant field of Engg./ Technology with at least 50% marks, Candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC (excluding creamy layer) categories of Madhya Pradesh with at least 45% marks. Bachelor's degree should be of minimum of four years' duration should have been obtained from any AICTE approved institution or Indian University or from a foreign University recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or institute recognized by the AIU or any Institutes of national importance (i.e. IITs/IISc/ NITs etc.), duly recognized by the MHRD, as equivalent thereto.
