Established in 1999, the Department of Automobile Engineering offers undergraduate (B.Tech) and postgraduate (M.Tech) programs designed to provide in-depth knowledge and practical expertise. Our curriculum is broad and flexible, ensuring students gain a comprehensive understanding of the field.

The lab is the brain child of the faculty/staff members of the department of Automobile Engineering, who had taken volunteer initiatives and put personal efforts in the establishment of the lab. The alumni of the department, who are looking after various Automotive dealerships in various capacities, in Gwalior region, were approached personally, for the procurement of the various vehicle components. In fact, the entire lab setup has been done at ZERO COST over a period of two years. The lab components present here belong to various sections of Automobile Engineering viz. Automotive Chassis, Automotive Transmission, Automotive Electrical & Electronics, Vehicle Body etc. This lab will cater to the needs of B.Tech./M.Tech. Automobile Engineering students in understanding the basic theme of the subjects.
