An insightful expert lecture on 'Web Development, AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud Computing Technologies and application of Artificial Intelligence in day today life' was delivered by Prof. Aradhana Saxena, Prof. Vivek Gupta, and Prof. J.S. Pahareeya at Government Women Polytechnic College, Gwalior on 9th May 2026.

The session provided students with a comprehensive understanding of modern web development frameworks and cloud computing technologies. The expert faculty guided the participants through the fundamentals of building scalable web applications and deploying them using AWS infrastructure.

The lecture saw enthusiastic participation from the students, who engaged in interactive discussions regarding real-world industry applications, hosting, and career opportunities in cloud computing.

On 7th May 2026, a hands-on workshop titled “Talk to Your Textbooks: Building a RAG-Powered AI in Python using LangChain” was organized at the Hindalco Lab.

The session was led by Mr. Keval Rajpal, Software Engineer II at Hashedin by Deloitte, Gurugram, who provided students with practical insights into Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and its applications in modern AI development.

The event was successfully coordinated by Prof. Aishwarya Sharma, Prof. Ayushi Sharma, and Prof. Bhavesh Rohira. Participants engaged in a comprehensive session covering Python-based AI implementation and the LangChain framework to build intelligent systems capable of interacting with textual data.

This workshop served as a valuable platform for students to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and industry-standard AI practices, fostering innovation in the field of Large Language Models (LLMs).

An expert lecture on the topic 'Fundamental of Artificial Intelligence' was delivered by Prof. Aishwarya Sharma at Datia Polytechnic College on 1st May 2026.

The session was conducted for the students, who actively participated and showed a keen interest in the rapidly evolving field of AI.

The lecture provided a solid foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence, covering basic concepts, real-world applications, machine learning paradigms, and its immense relevance in modern engineering and daily life.

On 30th April 2026, a one-day workshop on “Introduction to Cadence Tool for VLSI Design” was successfully organized at RJIT by Dr Mahendra Pandey (C2S Coordinator) and Prof Gaurav Bhardwaj (Co-Coordinator). The workshop provided students with foundational training in VLSI design, covering the complete flow from system specification to chip design.

The program was conducted under the Chip to Startup (C2S) Program of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India.

An expert talk on 'Emergence of Chemistry from Atom to Living System' was delivered by Dr. Vinod Kumar, Scientist 'F', DRDE Gwalior, on 27 April 2026 at Rustamji Institute of Technology (RJIT), BSF Academy, Gwalior.

The session was organized under the National Science Week at RJIT, aiming to promote scientific awareness and interdisciplinary understanding among students.

Dr. Vinod Kumar explained the evolution of chemical systems from atomic structures to complex living organisms, highlighting the role of chemistry in understanding life and biological processes.

The session provided valuable insights into molecular interactions, fundamental chemical principles, and their relevance in modern scientific research. Students actively participated through discussions and queries, making the session highly interactive.

An expert lecture on the topic 'Robotics: An Introduction' was delivered by Prof. Mugdha Shrivastava at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Polytechnic College, Gwalior on 25th April 2026.

The session was conducted for approximately 50 students, who actively participated and showed keen interest in the subject.

The lecture provided a foundational understanding of robotics, covering basic concepts, applications, and its relevance in modern engineering.

An expert session on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act was successfully conducted at Rustamji Institute of Technology, BSF Academy, Gwalior on 24th April 2026.

The session was delivered by Advocate Chitra Bais, a practicing advocate enrolled with the Madhya Pradesh High Court, with extensive experience in labour and industrial law, gender studies, and POSH compliance.

The program witnessed the participation of around 80 students along with esteemed faculty members including Dr. Prashant Kumar Jain (Principal), Mr. Manish Chandra (OSD), Dr. Namita Saxena (PO IC/Women Cell), Mrs. Mugdha Shrivastava (PO Girls Hostel), and other committee members. The session was jointly organized by the IC/Women Cell and Girls Hostel.

Advocate Chitra Bais created awareness about the POSH Act, workplace ethics, gender sensitization, and legal rights. The session included practical examples, interactive discussions, and questionnaires, making it highly engaging and relatable for students.

The session proved to be highly informative and impactful, contributing towards building awareness about creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment within academic and professional spaces.

A one-day workshop on the Vivado Software Suite was successfully organized under the Chip to Startup (C2S) Program of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India.

Rustamji Institute of Technology (RJIT) is proud to be an active participant in the prestigious C2S initiative, contributing to the advancement of semiconductor design and innovation in the country.

The workshop focused on providing hands-on experience with modern tools essential for VLSI design and FPGA prototyping, aligning with the national mission of strengthening the electronics ecosystem.

An expert lecture on 'Innovation and Its Role in Emerging Technologies' was organized by the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Rustamji Institute of Technology (RJIT), BSF Academy, Gwalior.

The session was delivered by Dr. Vinay Singh, Associate Professor, ABV-IIITM Gwalior, who shared valuable insights on the role of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and IoT in driving technological innovation.

The lecture encouraged students to think creatively beyond conventional technical knowledge and explore interdisciplinary innovation opportunities.
