Empowering Analytical Minds for Technological Innovation

About Department

Established in 1999, the Department of Mathematics at Rustamji Institute of Technology (RJIT) is dedicated to providing high-quality education in mathematical sciences. As a non-core department, it supports the B.Tech curriculum by offering foundational mathematics courses that equip students with essential analytical and problem-solving skills for engineering disciplines.

The department has a strong and dedicated team of faculty members with expertise in Pure and Applied Mathematics, Fractional Calculus, Special Functions, Topology, Bio Mathematics, Statistics, and Operations Research. We have guided 6 Ph.D. scholars and regularly host International Conferences, Seminars, FDPs, and STTPs. The department maintains active MoUs with research and industry institutions, including the Institution of Informatics and Polish Academy of Science, Gliwice, Poland, and CRIPS, Bhopal.
