About Department

Established in 1999, the Department of Physics at Rustamji Institute of Technology (RJIT) is committed to delivering high-quality education in physical sciences. As a non-core department, it supports the B.Tech curriculum by offering foundational physics courses that enhance students' understanding of fundamental principles critical for engineering disciplines.

The department is equipped with modern laboratories and experienced faculty, fostering a strong foundation in physics through innovative teaching and research. Our focus is on bridging theoretical knowledge with practical applications in areas like mechanics, electronics, and materials science.
