About the Programme

This Online Faculty Development Programme on "NEP-Orientation & Sensitization Programme" is aimed at building competencies in faculty for better teaching, learning and research aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

The programme focuses on updating the knowledge and skills of faculty members, and aligning teaching, learning and research with the needs of society and NEP 2020 objectives.

This course will be considered for fulfillment of requirements as laid down by CAS of UGC and is equivalent to a Faculty Development Programme (FDP).

Who can attend: Faculty members in Central, State, Deemed Universities, Private Universities, Institutions of National Importance, Colleges and other HEIs. Also open to contractual, ad-hoc, guest faculty, tutors, demonstrators, research scholars and research associates at the Ph.D. or post-doctoral level in HEIs.

Guidelines for Participants

Participants are required to register on Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Portal of UGC.
Attendance in all the sessions is compulsory.
There will be an online assessment test in the form of MCQs.
An online certificate will be issued to those who have successfully attended 8 days of the programme.

  2. Register and submit your details
  3. Receive login details on your registered email
  4. Open mmc.ugc.ac.in and click on login
  5. Log in with credentials received and reset your password
  6. Login again
  7. Select Center: Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education (LNIPE) Gwalior, State: Madhya Pradesh
  8. Search and apply for the upcoming training programme
  9. Upload Nomination Letter (issued by the institution / HOD) and submit
