All B.Tech, M.Tech and MCA students from 2nd year to final year are instructed to deposit their college fee as per the schedule given below.

Important Instructions
  • College fee must be deposited through the RJIT UCO I-Collect Portal only.
  • A fine of Rs. 25/- per day will be imposed after the due date.
  • Partial or installment fee payment will not be accepted in any case.

Important Notice for Newly Admitted First Year Students

All newly admitted First Year B.Tech., M.Tech. and MCA students are hereby informed that the academic session will commence as per the following schedule.

Reporting at Institute 17–18 August 2026
Commencement of Classes 19 August 2026 (Wednesday)
Instructions
  • All newly admitted first year students must report to the institute on 17th or 18th August 2026.
  • Regular classes shall commence from 19th August 2026 (Wednesday).
  • Students are advised to report on time with all required admission documents.
  • Department representatives will guide students regarding orientation and class allocation.

Last Date of Applying AICTE Yashasvi Scholarship (Only for Core Engineering Branches – EE, EC, ME)

All students are informed that the last date for applying to the AICTE Yashasvi Scholarship (Fresh / Renewal) on the Yashasvi Scholarship Portal has been declared as 31st July 2026.

The AICTE Yashasvi Scholarship Scheme can be applied for by students studying in the Core Branches of Engineering & Technology (EC, EE & ME). Eligible students are advised to apply well before the last date.

(A) Eligibility Conditions for Yashasvi Scholarship
  • The Yashasvi Scholarship can be applied for only in the year of admission.
  • For renewal of application, the student must be studying in the promoted class / year.
  • Family income from all sources should not be more than Rs. 8.00 lakh per annum. A valid income certificate issued by the State / UT government needs to be enclosed.
(B) Scholarship Amount

Scholarship amount granted is Rs. 50,000/- per annum.

(C) Procedure for Applying

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions are required to apply for Fresh / Renewal application online at the AICTE Scholarship portal. Please upload all details and required documents carefully and correctly. The scheme guidelines and user manual for the registration process are available on the portal.

Submission of Documents

Students must read and understand all guidelines and the registration process available on the portal before applying. The completed application form along with all uploaded documents must be submitted to the Scholarship Cell for institute-level verification, duly signed by the student. The list of required documents is available at the Scholarship Notice Board.

Please note: only one scholarship can be applied for in any academic year. Applying for two scholarships in a session is unlawful.
